When can I request a return?
Request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused and in their original condition, with supplied accessories and original packaging where available.
Who pays approved return postage?
Homvila provides prepaid return postage for approved eligible returns and charges no restocking fee. Contact us before mailing a return.
How are refunds and faulty items handled?
We inspect approved returns after they arrive and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us before returning an item to request an exchange; if an exchange is unavailable, eligible items can be returned for a refund under our policy. Original outbound shipping is excluded from change-of-mind refunds as explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us promptly about damaged, defective or incorrect goods.
